SEO:

Write an SEO title and description (we offer it as a service on Fiverr and Upwork, check out our Quora profile).

Thumbnails:

Video Hook:

The first 10-50 seconds are the most important part of your video. Don't show intros on hooks or say things like "hello, good morning, bad voice today, bad weather, slow internet connection, etc."

Create interesting trailers for your content to keep your audience engaged.

Audience Engagement:

Learn tips and tricks on how to keep your audience engaged with the rest of your video.

Don't ask viewers to subscribe to your channel:

Don't ask them to subscribe to your channel or click on any bell notifications in your videos. If your viewers find value in your content, they automatically subscribe.  you don't have to tell them. I stopped doing this in all my recent videos.

Think about it like this:

When you watch a video, do you see the subscribe call and subscribe? No rights? Find value from it and only subscribe if you want more. Same rules apply.
